When I saw the riser of the dam at Fort Yargo State Park (GPS: 33°57'44.60"N 83°43'29.67"W), I immediately became fascinated with it's (1) incredible potential energy, and (2) constant flow of pungent water into the stilling basin below. The top three photos were shot from a canoe.
